About the X, X Everywhere meme
X, X Everywhere uses the two leads of Pixar's Toy Story (1995): Buzz Lightyear, arm around a visibly worried Woody, sweeping his other hand across the horizon as if showing him the world. The image was captioned with the snowclone “X, X everywhere” on Reddit and image-macro sites around 2011, and it has been the standard way to say “this thing is suddenly unavoidable” ever since.
The two characters do the work. Buzz is delighted, Woody is horrified, and the caption describes something that has taken over: ads, bugs, a word everyone at work has started using. The bottom line almost always repeats the noun from the top line plus “everywhere”, so the only real decision is what that noun should be — the more specific and slightly annoying, the better.

X, X Everywhere questions
Does the bottom line have to say “everywhere”?
That's the recognisable part of the format. You can change it, but people expect the noun from the top line repeated with “everywhere”.
Who is the joke on — Buzz or Woody?
Woody. Buzz is cheerfully showing off something that Woody (and the reader) find overwhelming.
