AI Meme Maker hosts a curated set of well-known meme templates (sourced from the open-source memegen project) and renders user captions onto them in the browser. We respect the rights of image owners. If you own the rights to a template shown on this site and want it removed, we will take it down promptly — no lawyers required.

How to request removal

Email hello@aimememaker.co with:

1. The URL of the template or page on this site (for example /templates/drake.webp).
2. Identification of the work you claim is infringed and evidence that you own or represent it.
3. Your name, contact details, and a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorised.
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to respond within 5 business days and to remove valid requests within 10.

Counter-notices

If a template you uploaded or requested was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the same address with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

Accounts or IP ranges that repeatedly infringe will be blocked.
