About the Panik Kalm Panik meme
Panik Kalm Panik features Meme Man, the bald 3D-rendered head from surreal internet humour (also the face of Stonks), in three stacked panels with the misspelt labels “Panik”, “Kalm”, “Panik”. Meme Man first panics with hands to his head, then relaxes, then panics again more violently. The format spread in early 2019.
Each panel has an empty space on the left for a line of story: something alarming happens, then a reassuring detail, then a new detail that makes it worse than the first. It is a three-beat joke with a reversal at the end, and it works best when the second line sounds genuinely calming before the third undoes it.

Panik Kalm Panik questions
Do the labels “Panik” and “Kalm” need to be written in?
No — they're already part of the image. You only write the three lines of story on the left.
Why the misspellings?
Meme Man formats use deliberately misspelt words (Panik, Kalm, Stonks) as part of their surreal, low-effort style.
