About the Mocking SpongeBob meme
Mocking SpongeBob is a still from the 2012 SpongeBob SquarePants episode “Little Yellow Book”, in which SpongeBob is hypnotised into acting like a chicken. The image gained its meaning in May 2017 when Twitter users paired it with text written in aLtErNaTiNg CaPs, the visual equivalent of repeating someone in a stupid voice.
